I studied Computer Science and Software Engineering at Maynooth University and graduated in 2026. Before that I worked on VR and smart glasses at Meta in Dublin.
Now
I'm building Clocked, a chess scouting app I designed, launched and run on my own. It reads a player's public games and tells you how they tend to play before you face them.
The focus right now is growth, and making the reports easy enough for a beginner to act on.

What I've built, and what each one taught me to do.
Pre-game intelligence for chess players. Pulls game history from Chess.com and Lichess, runs it through an AI analysis pipeline with a second provider as backup, and returns a report on an opponent's patterns and weaknesses. I handle the product, the code, billing and email.
Tests moving average crossover strategies against 5+ years of real market data and reports return, Sharpe ratio and maximum drawdown on an interactive dashboard. Metrics were checked against reference figures and matched to 99.5%.
A searchable directory of verified professionals, built so that claims on a CV can be checked. Secure sign-in, access controls, an eight-entity data model and full-text search.
Tracks real energy use across your devices and lets you offset the carbon footprint. Built with a team in one weekend.
Decision trees comparing Gini and entropy splits on a UCI dataset, and a convolutional network for CIFAR-10 image classification tuned across depth, kernel size, learning rate, optimiser and batch size.
Rebuilt parts of the Computer Science department portal in React, Node.js and MongoDB. Cut table load times by 40% and automated module checks for 100+ staff and students.
